Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for the full refund or store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Returns

All returns must be returned within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in a new and unused condition.

Return Process

To return the item, please email customer service at sales@safepad.ca to obtain and Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in it’s original packaging. We will then issue you with a returns label.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We would advise a service of return that provides proof of delivery.

Refunds

After we receive your return, our team will review and inspect accordingly. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from receipt of your return whilst our team review and inspect. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. Please allow between 5-10 business working days for payment to be processed.

30 Day policy eligible for direct retail customers of SafePad Canada only. This does not apply to trade partners. The purchase of products is on a firm sale basis only.
